All we ask if to please work with us and any patience that could be offered in return will be appreciated to no end. - We are not lazy with torque on a single screw. We are not lazy with a single cable.
- We will modify whatever we have to in order to achieve a true work of art.

Shipping
- Our team is small and growing! We will do our very best to maintain quality standards and ship your order to you as fast as possible but with consideration for parts availability and quality in mind. For builds without Custom Water Cooling and minimal vinyl please allow for 2-4 weeks from the time of delivery for your order to be shipped to you. If your order is highly customized then your order may take up to 10 weeks or more but our customers will agree that each piece of artwork we create is absolutely worth the wait. Once your order is confirmed your parts will be collected to prepare for the build. Our artists will then create your masterpiece and pack the product like a 40lb painting of the Mona Lisa to be delivered to you as securely as possible.
Returns and Cancellation
- If your artwork has not began yet then connect to one of our Signature Specialists right away and we’re happy to help. We work fast and efficient and we’re here for you. If your custom build has already been painted or permanent vinyl has already been applied refunds are not allowed. Please be certain you are 100% confident that you are committed to owning a Signature Built PC before placing your order. If there is any customization done to your PC then all sales are final. We do not resell used PC’s, we focus on creating an incredible work atmosphere and helping you achieve the best gaming experience there is with newly crafted computers. We will create a chassis for your PC that will be the home of your hardware for many years to come.

- It would mean the world to us if you would record your unboxing and send it to us with permission for us to share with the world! The best part of the entire experience to us is when our customers and new or existing members of our signature family acquire a fresh work of art from our team of Build Artists. - Once you own a signature rig your experience is backed with support for life. We’ll happily help you achieve anything you want or dream when it comes to PC Gaming. VR, Simulators, Content Creation, Artwork of your display panels being installed in to a wall. We genuinely mean it when we say that you can bring any vision to us and we will help you achieve it all.
Warranty
- Every machine comes with a 12 Month Warranty. If you run into any issues please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help you get back to creating and gaming in no time.
