Signature Cable Management.
- There is no cable management like the cable management in a Signature Build. This comes standard with every build and increases build time significantly versus the common craft yet we maintain time efficiency.

Shipping
- Â Our team is small and growing! We will do our very best to maintain quality standards and ship your order to you as fast as possible but with consideration for parts availability and quality in mind. For builds without Custom Water Cooling and minimal vinyl please allow for 2-4 weeks from the time of delivery for your order to be shipped to you. If your order is highly customized then your order may take up to 10 weeks or more but our customers will agree that each piece of artwork we create is absolutely worth the wait. Once your order is confirmed your parts will be collected to prepare for the build. Our artists will then create your masterpiece and pack the product like a 40lb painting of the Mona Lisa to be delivered to you as securely as possible.
Returns and Cancellation
- Â If your artwork has not began yet then connect to one of our Signature Specialists right away and we’re happy to help. We work fast and efficient and we’re here for you. If your custom build has already been painted or permanent vinyl has already been applied refunds are not allowed. Please be certain you are 100% confident that you are committed to owning a Signature Built PC before placing your order. If there is any customization done to your PC then all sales are final. We do not resell used PC’s, we focus on creating an incredible work atmosphere and helping you achieve the best gaming experience there is with newly crafted computers. We will create a chassis for your PC that will be the home of your hardware for many years to come.
